Mike Fielder is a Realtor and Sales Director of The Key Home Team at Cummings & Co. Realtors, licensed since 2016. Most of his business is in North Baltimore (Lake Evesham, Lake Walker, Cedarcroft, Hampden, and Remington) and in Towson, with clients across Baltimore City and County.

Since January 2024 he’s closed 38 sales, split almost evenly between buyers and sellers. Fifteen of his 18 sellers sold above list price, at a median of about 103% of list, in roughly 30 days.

Mike also owns Property Management of Baltimore, LLC, which he’s run since 2014, so he understands rental property from the landlord’s side. He’s a Towson University graduate.
